Group Sessions Strength and Balance

My group sessions up to 8 people meet virtual or in person. My classes are designed for overall full body muscular strength and balance. Classes vary based on equipment and body weight exercises. This method is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities. The classes are designed designed to help improve your balance, posture, muscle strength and flexibility. Functional group fitness exercises are all about looking after your long-term fitness and well-being while helping you lose weight. Each class is a 1 hour session
