My 1:1 training focuses on functional fitness training. This method is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities. The exercises I coach clients on equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living. Functional fitness exercises are all about looking after your long-term fitness and well-being while helping you lose weight. Designed to help improve your balance, posture, muscle strength and flexibility. We work in 1/2 hour sessions 2-3 times a week.
