I also teach and encourage positive mindset practices and a holistic look at overall health.
I believe and practice a holistic and sustainable approach to health and wellness. I believe we need to look for root causes, add a whole foods non-inflammatory approach to nutrition, daily movement, stress management. We work together to reduce toxic overload. I don’t believe there are shortcuts to getting healthy. But a holistic lifestyle is sustainable.
