After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's and Osteopenia at 50 years old and a realization of being on meds the rest of my life, I took my health into my own hands.
I started researching alternatives. I discovered a way to manage symptoms and get my health back. Through regular exercise and a simple whole foods approach to eating, I not only reversed blood results but gained quality of life. Energy, weight loss, balanced hormones, eliminated IBS issues, lowered inflammation in my body, and immune support are just some of my results and they have been sustainable.
This led me to a path as a wellness coach.
I'm certified in personal training and as a nutrition coach.
I specialize in plant based living, gut health and a whole body holistic lifestyle created by compounding new habits. This also includes being certified as an essential oils coach.
I believe food and plants are medicine if used correctly. I believe everyone has bio-individuality, meaning we are all different. No two clients are the same.
Through my education, I've learned gut health is essential and at the center of our wellness. It's my goal to help others avoid a health diagnosis and or reverse side effects from a current one with lifestyle changes. I will help you build the lifestyle you're looking for and make your body a better, healthier version of it.
